Clunky with no Comments
I have food allergies and need to make note of them on all my orders. There’s no where to put any comments when placing an order in the app. The design is so heavy and blocky; we don’t need large images for every single tile guys.

Always great customer service. Henry is amazing and talented at the craft. Quick drinks. Amazing food options. Everything bagel with chive cream cheese is the best!
Update changed something with customization
Last week it worked great and I was able to select my milk type in the app for a cappuccino. Today it appears you can no longer select milk type, only syrups.
Limited app
Can’t select dif types of espresso or milk in the app (ie decaf, oat milk, etc). Not usable for a lactose intolerant like me…
Can’t use promo code
When I tried to to use the new promo code to open an account it refuses to send me the sms code. This never happened to any of the coffee apps I’ve used.
Login code never sent via text
Dollop is pretty good, but the app doesn’t work well. To login/create a rewards profile, you need to enter an authorization code, for which a text message was never sent after several attempts
