Major security risk!

Do not download this app and if you do, do not enter your credit card info! This app does not let you delete your CC info! Additionally, the “delete your account” option doesn’t work - that’s supposed to be mandatory for IPhone apps. If they cut corners there, where else did they cut security corners?

App doesn’t work

Cannot login to order a single f’ing coffee.. ridiculous. Worst app I’ve ever tried to use

Glitches galore

Love the food and service of Foxtrot — but this app is a disaster. I’m always being kicked out of my account and it always informs me of an ongoing error that ensures I cannot reset my password…

Service use to be decent

I’ve been waiting over an hour for an order that should have been here in 30 mins I ordered at 11:55 am and they said it would be here at 12:30. It is now 1:30pm and it says the driver is 18 mins away still. What?!?! One of the items is a coffee. Nonsense.

Sleazy Data Policies

Foxtrot forces you to download the app, create an account, and add a credit card (no Apple Pay) to redeem a gift card. Their prices are high enough as it is, why do they also need all my data to go off and sell?
