Love it!
Me and my friend are going to Dollywood and this app has been so helpful! Whenever I need to know where something is or if I’m trying to find the closest quick service Dollywood Parks & Resorts app had been a huge help! The only thing I would add/change would be to show the menus of every dining location. I don’t necessarily need it to be mobile ordering but just to see the menu would be great! Besides that I love Dollywood so much and this app is amazing!

Inaccurate times
Constantly posting inaccurate times for ride time waits that becomes frustrating. Misleading when you go to a particular ride thinking the wait is short only to learn as you stand it’s twice as long.
Convenient
Tickets, passes, add-ons are all quickly accessible. Park maps and food are also on the app

This app is great for seeing show times and the wait times for rides.

Worst App
I have never written a review for an app but felt compelled to because this one is so horrible and useless. More than half the time, it wouldn’t recognize we were in the park and gave us minimal to no information. Wait times were all wrong when they were shown. The mobile ordering never worked. Most importantly, it posted a ton of restaurants as Gluten Friendly when really they had nothing GF available. I finally found a supervisor of sorts and she was shocked at all the misinformation within the app. Don’t waste your time, get a paper map and check the boards.

Dollywood app
The Dollywood app is very user-friendly. Very informative. I will definitely recommend it.
App Needs Improvement
Dollywood itself is great. But, the app has two issues. Ordering food should not have a step by step process that is confusing. Go to the restaurant/shop, pick what you want, and check out. I went in circles the other day and finally just got in line it was so confusing. Entitlements such as bread has changed. I found it in the unavailable section where it used to show up with my tickets. It seems the app is getting worse.

Favorite park
This is one of my favorite theme parks, compared to six flags MM and Knott’s berry farm, this is one of my favorite parks when I visited Tennessee. It’s all because of thunderhead and lighting rod.
DW is great. The app sucks.
Dollywood has been amazing for decades, but it’s like they built the app with internet explorer. It’s slow, it’s buggy, it’s difficult to navigate, and currently the “proceed to checkout” button doesn’t work.

BEST PLACE EVER
No lines, fun rides, ALSOME cinnamon bread!! The lines the longest I think I have ever waited was 30 min and that was for there most popular roller coaster the rides big bear wild eagle the drop you can never get enough of it. And let me tell u about the cinnamon bead IT IS THE BEST THING EVER 🤤😋 not only that you can get there at 8:00 am and stay till 11:00 ( do every time we go) but the food is alsome and the people are sooooo nice so when u get a chance to go you should

Map doesn’t update your location easily. Wait times are very inaccurate. Don’t bother downloading.

Dollywood old wi fi
Turns out my iPhone cannot work on Dollywood. Wi fi connection states their service is outdated. Out of 3 people in our party no one was able to get this app to run. Without it trying to get show times etc … difficult. Made the visit a lot less “fun”. And have been looking forward to visiting for close to 20 years.
Cannot use food tickets when ordering from the app. The lady who took our order missed an item. That cost us9.00 plus the food. 9 because she used 3 food ticket for the 2 hamburgers, where if the lime chicken were on the same ticket.. well then we would not have been 9.00 in the hole. As a 15 food ticket only gives about 9 back if cashed.

Perfect Family Day
We had such a fun day with our 2 kiddos! The park is gorgeous and every staff member we encountered was so friendly. Timesaver pass for the rides was a game changer- longest we waited was 15 minutes. Amazing Dolly energy all around this place ❤️
