Greatest place even Better than Disney World
Today is a very sad day Dolly will truly be missed. The park is the greatest place we have season passes and live in nc. We live it there for sure. Dolly we will miss you!!!
Rubbish app
Very glitchy and when scrolling through list of rides and attractions it constantly jumps back to the top of the list.
Filtering also not setup correctly, you click on filter for the theme park and it brings up water park rides.

Doesn’t assist in exiting park
App was very useful except when I needed to exit the park. The park signage is lacking as well as employees to ask. I searched “exit” but nothing came up.

Great for ticket upgrades and checking rides
So much better than a paper map. There is info on all the rides, shows, as well as other attractions in the area. The app makes ticket upgrades super simple and hassle free.

No comparison whatsoever, Dollywood is 1110% better than Disneyland more rides cheaper entrance fees less expensive drinks and food a lot less crowds much better place

I was so excited about going to Dollywood. Ya would have thought I was a little kid in a penny candy store. My son knew what kind of Dolly fan I was. So he made a point to get me there. Before I was too old to enjoy it. I must say though I was very disappointed in the shows that you had. The singers were great mind you but, I went to Dollywood because I have been a life long fan of Dolly. I have followed her through her years of entertainment. I never missed her tv show when it came on. Have watched all her movies over the years. I really expected to hear more country music. More old time Smokey mountain music. More of the country with a little bit of twang to it. More fiddle playing and banjo. Instead I heard Journey, 50, 60,& 70. Music that didn’t seem to fit the theme park. I thought the park was a great park. I love how everything seemed to revolve around nature and keeping things real without disturbing the hills and valleys so much.I had fun riding. I’m 66 and still rode all the rides. I hope to make it back sometime soon to give it another chance.
The other thing is the price of the food. Till ya pay to get it. Ya can’t afford to eat there. Come on who really wants to pay 12.99 for a hot dog. I bet Dolly’s Daddy is asking who in the world would pay that much for a hot dog.
I live on a mountain in Pennsylvania. When I set on my front porch at night. I like to see the stars in the sky and listen to the crickets,frogs & the hoot owl. The mocking bird sings and the birds chirp. Now I do have a highway that runs down the mountain but I live in an area where the streets roll up around 9:00 pm and the farmers start milking milking in the wee early hours of the morning. My neighbors aren’t real close but are close enough if I needed help. So Dolly please check the
Price of the food and remember where ya started out at.

Dollywood App
The app is so helpful to see menus at the restaurants and eating spots in the park. As well as ride wait time and information. Thank you for offering such a wonderful experience and tool to the park.
Birthday visit
Park was great and ride queue was solid , would recommend time saver pass if you can spring for a few extra dollars. Friendly staff everywhere and I give credit to Human Resources for finding the right people. Staying at the resort is a plus and they reward you with time saver pass plus and hour extra early entry.

Me and my friend are going to Dollywood and this app has been so helpful! Whenever I need to know where something is or if I’m trying to find the closest quick service Dollywood Parks & Resorts app had been a huge help! The only thing I would add/change would be to show the menus of every dining location. I don’t necessarily need it to be mobile ordering but just to see the menu would be great! Besides that I love Dollywood so much and this app is amazing!

Dollywood Theme Park
Hi, if you have lost a loved one in the past 20 years or so ago then Dollywood is the best place to find a special place for them in honor of their passing and even though they were the 1st generation of Dolly Parton as well. So Dolly Parton’s home and Dolly Parton has her family helping fans to listen to her music, shows and other events throughout the park as well. So the wooden roller coaster ride is to the left inside timber canyons and it reminds me of the Excalibur wooden roller coaster ride at fun town/splash town USA in Saco Maine and then the wilderness pass where the little kids are and then hidden hollow play area which we as a family have discovered last time around in Pigeon Forge Tennessee as well. So the craftsman valley is a place where you can get a Dolly Parton approved for your accessories like belts, hats and other items for your lifestyle as well as smoky mountain glass blowing for Christmas gifts, Halloween decor. So wilderness pass has a grown up ride that reminds me of the griffin at Busch Gardens Williamsburg VA., and the wild eagle is a little bit more Gs than the griffin at Busch Gardens Williamsburg Va. So Country Fair is a lot like a land of carnival rides for kids and family as well up to your own personal health experience and then it is all up to your personal health choices. So show street has everything under the sun which is either you can watch the Kingdom Heirs and then you have the Dolly Parton Experience which is a lot of fun when you a 1st generation fan of Dolly Parton and it has lots of replicas swing from the porterwagoneer show and 9 to 5 the movie with Franklin Hart Jr. desk with all of the fixins. So the president Eugene Knoughton is always walking around and having fun interacting with guests and family members as well. So when you to for the first time ever visit Dollywood then the future years ahead… cause you might miss out on a few things and then you might meet some new celebrities that you never seen before after your first visit to Dollywood. So you might see some super YouTubers who have been there before and many years to come from Adventure is out there from Ryan and Brie family, Tampa Jay and Chris the girl, Yankees in the south Will and Dawn and smoky mountain, faith and fun Brooks and Christy! So when you go through the process of security and do not wear anything from New England, New York or Pennsylvania State and they might give you a hard time about this situation (small joke)😆. So in the jukebox town there is a kids and family rides and grownup ride called Lightning Rod and it is very very nice and very very fast and very very smooth ride as well. So having a gold season is a great way to start making sure that you get discount on free parking and saving on the things that you need for Dolly Parton’s approved accessories for your own wardrobe. Thank you for the opportunity to use this Dollywood park app for rides time and shows time as well. So I plan on using and sharing this Dollywood park app with my called family and Godly friends from church as well. So I plan on using the Apple Wallet app to upload my gold season pass for both iPhone and Apple Watch as well. The best day ever
Dollywood is way better than Disney because it is way cheaper and that is good also because Dollywood is way closer to. I really loved the showed and rides it was AMAZING
Inaccurate times
Constantly posting inaccurate times for ride time waits that becomes frustrating. Misleading when you go to a particular ride thinking the wait is short only to learn as you stand it’s twice as long.

Tickets, passes, add-ons are all quickly accessible. Park maps and food are also on the app

Worst App
I have never written a review for an app but felt compelled to because this one is so horrible and useless. More than half the time, it wouldn’t recognize we were in the park and gave us minimal to no information. Wait times were all wrong when they were shown. The mobile ordering never worked. Most importantly, it posted a ton of restaurants as Gluten Friendly when really they had nothing GF available. I finally found a supervisor of sorts and she was shocked at all the misinformation within the app. Don’t waste your time, get a paper map and check the boards.
