TERRIBLE User Experience
Very disappointed this is the app I’m forced to use by the orthodontist’s office. The app refuses to log in correctly any time I’ve used it. The PIN never works. I’m constantly going in a circle to “update” the app and then brought to “open” the app (which was obviously already open!), and doesn’t actually let me get into the system. Major system enhancements are needed.

App can never reach the server
Attempting to create my account, app can’t reach the server. Tried on different days…
Payment information
Not enough account information. I thought this app was supposed to give me a total of what I owe from month to month, but it doesn't even have any information about my payment account. It does have my upcoming appointment.
This app is terrible!
Someone please look into this. It’s unacceptable!
Completely useless
When I first got the app 6 months ago it was extremely slow and buggy. Shut down randomly, took forever to load and would freeze. Now, it doesn’t even open. Developers aren’t creating app updates and it’s obviously incompatible with current softwares. Literally cannot open it and there is no website. Defunct and completely useless.

Need Help!
I’ve been trying over and over to verify my email in order for me to access my account for the 1st time. For some reason, the verification code that I am receiving is invalid, and when I request a new code I never received it! I am trying to login and access my info and payment for this specific doctor and it’s not letting me and I charged a late fee as well.

CAN’T LOG IN
Very frustrating. Can’t log into the account. It says trouble finding account even though I’ve entered the information correctly. Please fix the issue or remove app completely.
Buggy
Why is this app having issues with not being able to login? My username and password are correct and I keep getting the message ‘There was a problem logging in’. Idk if it’s the app itself or this company is having server side issues. Either way, please update Dolphin MyOrthodontist. This is problematic and annoying.

Love it
Great way for me to securely communicate with my doctor and receive information from them as well. I don’t have to call the office to check my appointments. I can also text them from the app securely and upload a picture by text if needed
Horribly buggy app
Constant struggle. Hit or miss on ability to log in. Often forgets login info. Forgot username search function asks you to select participating orthodontist, but doesn’t allow you to search for your orthodontist. Surprised that Apple even approves of this app, or that ortho offices use it.

Worst app ever and that’s saying a lot.
Sibling patients- seperate logins
This is feedback for the portal and the app. Have multiple children and an app can’t even allow to add more than 1 patient to it. This results in multiple logins after having to creating seperate accounts for each child. Not very user friendly, especially which result in me having to login and out to access all children.

It’s always “there’s a problem logging in” with this app. Why have the app, if you don’t want it to be used?

This is the worse app I ever used. Why dentist buy this service useless
Waste of time
My orthodontist sent me to this app for submitting documents. Unfortunately both the app and the web portal's developers never even considered the idea of creating a parental account for minors. This thing wants me to create and save separate logins and separate accounts for each child/patient. Stupid waste of time. Especially since every piece of documentation was already on hard record from their sister organization (primary dentist).

Login stopped working
I loved the app but now it keeps telling me login failed and I even tried resetting my password which it gave me a new temp password but even that one says login failed. Is the app bugged??
Needs serious work
Can someone update this app lol this is terrible. A few good devs could give this app the necessary makeover for better performance, better UI/UX, better functionality, etc. MAKE IT HAPPEN PLEASE.
Does not work and no option for tech support
Terrible. I cannot log in to a prior account - when I request a new password, it does not have a record of a prior account. So, I created a new account and I cannot get a verification email to activate a new account. I have requested numerous “new verification codes” but it never arrives. I have checked all email accounts I own, all junk/spam folders - nothing. No tech support options to contact.
