Испортили приложение

Сервисный сбор от заказа - худшее, что могли придумать. В какой-то момент накопилась корзина и решила заказать товар, а там такой сюрприз. Не вижу смысла теперь использовать это приложение, тк привыкла заказывать сразу на несколько месяцев в большом объеме, если раньше удобно было разделить платежи, то сейчас еще дополнительно отдавать больше 5к за заказ… спасибо, но нет

Не в состоянии сделать возврат нормально

Итак, пользоваться этой поделкой невозможно, поскольку возврат нормально не работает. Один раз оформил возврат в Декатлоне, и заняло МЕСЯЦ активной переписки с поддержкой, а потом и с Т-Банком, чтобы деньги вернули. Второй раз вернул в Спортиастере. Деньги на этот раз пришли сразу, благо все внутри банка, а вот за возвратом комиссии пришлось побегать снова. Она не возвращается автоматически (видимо, думают что люди забудут/не знают), надо зачем-то писать «поддержке». Которая спросит «номер заказа» (хотя все они сами знают). Который не то что скопировать невозможно - найти невозможно, поскольку возвращенные товары просто перестают в списке товаров показываться. Такая милая и непосредственная обманка, чтобы людям комиссию не возвращать. Одна звезда
