Exceptional Quality
I have loved many Domestika courses. I find the structure of the courses easy and helpful. Some are much more thorough and offer a lot more in the way of extras than others, which can be a little frustrating. My favourite course was Julia Tricky’s Botanical Watercolour.
Pure scam
Don’t fall for the free trial”. Not free AT ALL! They will charge you and renew a whole year subscription that you didn’t even pay for to start with. And then, they won’t give your money back because of their “policies”. It is just a well framed scam.
They steal my $345 money
I never mean to buy any plus subscription from them but I saw $345 bill from my bank account. Why I buy this. I entered my account from an advertisement and searched for a class and it was very cheap I bought it. Then weeks after I saw the bill! They did not help I wrote many times
Good content - horrible support
Most of the comment is really good. The stuff with the English overdubs is not as enjoyable but is what it is. But, good lord, god forbid you reach out to support on something - you will not hear back.

It is always a pleasure to watch the courses and learn from them. I love how there is no pressure and you can go at your own pace. It beats scrolling through mind numbing social media and rubbish on TV. Even if I don’t make anything at the time, it gives me lots of ideas of what I can make when I have more time on my hands.

The Craft courses are the best.
Horrible customer service and misleading billing practices.
I did a trial with Domestika last year and had my credit card on file. I had no idea the subscription would renew for $349 a year. They billed me upon renewal and as soon as I found out about it I reached out to cancel and get a refund. Not only did they provide near zero human interaction on the case, they ended up closing it without resolution. Completely disingenuous service - AVOID unless you want to pay top dollar for poor quality courses supported by an even worse organization.

Yearly renewal scam
They automatically renew yearly subscription without getting your consent or checking with you the day before. You can search about it on the internet. People have excellently described unethical their conduct is. I cancelled it after they got my money and said won’t pay it back. The hefty price of over 500. I will be struggling for the next two weeks because I had not searched enough about this. Be aware.

DON’T DO IT ! SCAM
Charged me $445 after buying something for $1. Customer service couldn’t care less and refused to help. $445 is a huge amount of money, and they showed zero empathy or accountability. I feel completely misled. Would never recommend Domestika
Estafadores sin atención al cliente
Pagué el plus de forma mensual por años! Tuve q cancelarlo porque la app me forzaba una renovación anual. La cancelé y no me andaba y no pude canjear los 11 créditos que me quedaban. No atienden por ningún lado y lo peor tienen una comunicación ambigua porque en el mail de cancelación decía que puedo usar mis créditos pero los términos dicen que se cancelan con la suscripción. Y si reactivo un mes vuelven? No me responden esa duda. No responden a nadie, no sé cómo sigue viva una app con tanta mala fama que no contesta a nadie.
