Needs some attention
I like the readability of everything the app offers, but it is extremely inconvenient for I have to close the app entirely every time I download a pay stub. — sometimes for life you need to provide proof of income via multiple pay stubs, and every single download means closing the app and reopening for the next one. Please add a back button. Would make things easier.

Not awful but needs much work.
It’s nice to see my pay stub and all but it’s not user friendly whatsoever. Whenever I go to look at a pay stub, I have to close out the app because I can’t “go back” to the previous screen. I like to see the details of my pay stub and make sure I’m being paid correctly but I can only look at one stub at a time and then close the app, re-open it, sign back in, and then do whatever else I want.

Garbage app
Forced to use this for my job. Doesn’t allow you to transfer locations. So I loose money. I have to punch out and wait two minutes, then clock back in at the new location. Garbage
Rewrite review; lost a star
Look… I have used MANY systems for HR in the past; and this one is by far the LEAST functional.
The app itself is limited; however the problem is the backbone Dominion itself. It’s not user friendly, frequently slows/times-out, and is a HUGE pain for supervisors and approves.
Unless major improvements are made, I would not recommend this app or HR tool to any company.

Unreliable
Terrible crappy app, and extremely unreliable. Several times I have been locked out of the app, sometimes it will let me log in and punch in and out, but then the other tabs (history and PTO say there is no data to display or errors like “you may not have a time off policy defined”. An hour or two later it displays the PTO summary again. If you punch in, then punch out at some point into the next defined company shift, it only calculates the time after the shift end toward your total, and it thinks you need to punch in again when your last punch was already a punch in (and not out). However, if you log into their mobile site, half the time it displays your totals correctly and half the time it does not. Today, I punched in, then several hours later went to punch out and all I get is a white screen. I unloaded the app, uninstalled the app, rebooted my phone, reinstalled the app, and no change. Only a white screen. Good thing I have a backup option with a (completely different) iPad app which takes a company-wide sign in and employee number. That one works for now. It seems like they haven’t given this app much attention.
