Can’t communicate with server

“Unable to communicate with server, please try again, OK” with no way to seek a resolution. Multiple attempts - app is latest, iOS is latest.

Can’t Log In

I have been unable to log in to my account through the app. I always receive the error message “unable to communicate with the server.” There is no customer support for users, and my employer is unable to resolve this issue.
