If you want flaming hot garbage that won’t let you login after multiple attempts of closing the app and reopening it… then use this trash… Fix your app people…
Fix it please
Half the time the buttons don’t work. There is supposed to be a place to read what your schedule is, and it’s never accurate. I constantly have to call my boss to ask what my schedule is and when I’m working because I can’t trust the app. And tech support can’t do anything because on their end “everything seems to be fine.” Even if it wasn’t buggy, the interface is confusing and not user friendly.

Garbage
Slow, laggy, 2FA codes expire before the texts actually come through, and the app frequently decides to forget who you are, causing late punch ins. Sure wish my employer would switch payroll providers.
Lots of issues
This app has so many bugs and problems it’s unnerving. For an app that is used to clock payroll and keep track of an individual’s money there is no reason why it should have this many bugs. Every couple of months I have to uninstall and reinstall because the punch in and punch out button just stops working altogether.
I’m usually able to edit my time card if there is a mistake or if your app decides it doesn’t want to work that day but now I’m receiving an error message every time I try to add or delete a punch. This is ridiculous and no reason why this should be happening. Either get rid of your services or fix your garbage app.
