Unusable
Both your apps are complete garbage, easily the worst I’ve ever used. We forget passwords because you force us to change it that often. So we forget passwords and get password reset from you, you then ask us for our old password, the one we forgot, so we can’t get in again and are completely locked out of both work apps. You need to sack your app designer/managers.

Log In too complicated
The need for Company Name, User Name and PW is tedious, especially when the app name doesn’t match the website that User Name & PW were created
Face ID doesn’t work
Face ID worked for a few months but now the face ID goes through but I’m stuck on the login page. Just slightly mote tedious to log in without it.

Won’t let me create a new password. Ya’ll need to fix this app! Also fix the Face ID login!
