Text to small on IPhone

On my Samsung text was a little to small but on IPhone 17 it is ridiculously small and phone settings won’t change them, we don’t all have great eyesight. Went to support page and it was absolutely useless on this issue

Slow

The website loads very slowly and frequently freezes. The app constantly crashes, forcing you to log in again and again. Overall, the software is terrible.

POC has far too many unnecessary options, and diagnoses are not transferred automatically, making documentation much more time-consuming than it should be.

This site is poorly designed and extremely inconvenient to use.

To the developers who created this software: you should go back to school. It feels like you lacked the knowledge and experience needed to build a user-friendly program.

I would never recommend this software to anyone. If your agency has the option to use a different program, consider yourself lucky.

Update shifted the screen

I can’t confirm my punch ins and out because the screen is shifted down for whatever reason. This app is already glitchy as it is. Please stop breaking the few things that don’t need to be touched.

Horrible app

This app is the worst app I’ve ever used for any employment purposes whatsoever. When I login with the correct password, it says it’s not correct so I have to go in and change it and I’ve had to do that multiple times I know. That the password is correct because I have it memorized.

You put in the schedule that you want in the app. and save it and nobody at the company or agency looks at it and tries to give you the hours that you want. I don’t even think anyone looks at it. What’s the purpose?

There are times when Client is not available or there is an emergency and no one was able to sign. There should be a button on there indicating that on the app. as an option. Life happens!

There was a time when my session timed out and I was not able to get out of the app so I had to delete it, restart my phone and now I don’t have it. I have to go into the Apple Store in order to sign in and out it’s ridiculous!!!

I’m sure I’m missing more things, but that these are just the things I could think of.

Worst app ever

It’s always having issues and now it’s even worse, I have to do a timesheet because the app won’t let me log in correctly I wish there was a easier way to log in to work I hate using this app and thinking of switching companies to someone that doesn’t have to use it
