Text to small on IPhone
On my Samsung text was a little to small but on IPhone 17 it is ridiculously small and phone settings won’t change them, we don’t all have great eyesight. Went to support page and it was absolutely useless on this issue
Slow
The website loads very slowly and frequently freezes. The app constantly crashes, forcing you to log in again and again. Overall, the software is terrible.
POC has far too many unnecessary options, and diagnoses are not transferred automatically, making documentation much more time-consuming than it should be.
This site is poorly designed and extremely inconvenient to use.
To the developers who created this software: you should go back to school. It feels like you lacked the knowledge and experience needed to build a user-friendly program.
I would never recommend this software to anyone. If your agency has the option to use a different program, consider yourself lucky.

Update shifted the screen
I can’t confirm my punch ins and out because the screen is shifted down for whatever reason. This app is already glitchy as it is. Please stop breaking the few things that don’t need to be touched.
Horrible app
This app is the worst app I’ve ever used for any employment purposes whatsoever. When I login with the correct password, it says it’s not correct so I have to go in and change it and I’ve had to do that multiple times I know. That the password is correct because I have it memorized.
You put in the schedule that you want in the app. and save it and nobody at the company or agency looks at it and tries to give you the hours that you want. I don’t even think anyone looks at it. What’s the purpose?
There are times when Client is not available or there is an emergency and no one was able to sign. There should be a button on there indicating that on the app. as an option. Life happens!
There was a time when my session timed out and I was not able to get out of the app so I had to delete it, restart my phone and now I don’t have it. I have to go into the Apple Store in order to sign in and out it’s ridiculous!!!
I’m sure I’m missing more things, but that these are just the things I could think of.

Worst app ever
It’s always having issues and now it’s even worse, I have to do a timesheet because the app won’t let me log in correctly I wish there was a easier way to log in to work I hate using this app and thinking of switching companies to someone that doesn’t have to use it

Para trabajar con pacientes es muy mala si el paciente quiere que entres antes no lo puedes hacer porque la aplicación no te permite ajustar el horario tienes que estar llamando para cambiarlo terrible hay veces que donde vive el paciente la señal no es buena y tienes problemas porque no te toma el ponche no la recomendaría a ninguna agencia

Shameful App.
This app is required by my Agency located in Pennsylvania (PA) and is forced upon Agency’s by Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) therefore there is no alternative choice for Agency’s like mine to choose from to meet Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements. This app lags, and is consistently inconsistent in its functionality. This app maker should be ashamed of itself and furthermore should be investigated by Pennsylvania’s MCO’s due to its almost weekly outage or inability to work properly for me to be able to Clock In, mark Client tasks, or Clock Out properly, therefore impacting my Agency’s ability to properly bill and pay. If I could give it a “Zero Stars” I would’ve chose that. This apps inability to work properly directly impacts the quality of care I provide my Clients by not allowing me to complete EVV properly at almost every shift and be worried that it didn’t take my Clock In/Out or shift notes. Shameful on you HHAeXchange developers.

The worst app for GPS accuracy
Standing directly in the middle of the place and yet still gives me the wrong number of feet to clock out. Needs heavy improvements for this.

Better off calling to clock in
This app is consistent… at ensuring I don’t punch in on time or at all! So many times it is just loading and loading and loading, it takes over 2 minutes to clock in which is honestly a long time considering when I’m not trying to clock in the app manages to load without an issue. Just this morning the app told me I was clocked in successfully just to have my client get a call a half hour later asking if I was there because I never clocked in. I’ve had at least 10 times in less than a year that the app claims my clock in was successful and it wasn’t so I look like a freaking idiot to my agency. Force us to take a 45 minute training on how to use this stupid app that only works when it feels like it. Pay some developers and bring the app into 2026. You’re lucky my agency lets me fill out a missed punch form afterwards!!!

Needs improvement
This app needs improvement. It has been times where it has taken me 2 minutes to clock out. But at the beginning of my shift , I can clock in within 15 seconds.
Buffering
Worst app i have used in the history of mind kind doesn’t work properly time to time it will buffer so much that it makes me look like i am always way to late to do my assignments it’s so frustrating sometimes you have to wait 20+ just to get ij with another buffering inside application come on how hard is it to fix this small application.

Why does it take 2 to 3 minutes to clock in? Why do I have to double check my clock ins to make sure I’m clocked in. After already clocking in? My job is to care for my patients/client. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly wonder if I’m clocked in and out. And I certainly shouldn’t have to take time to write my state representative to complain about the issues and write this message.

Geo location
This application never locates my GPS signal properly. It has consistently shown me 433,343 feet away from my current location. They expect EVV compliance of 85% are higher, but their app doesn’t work.
