Required app ugh
Although this app is required for me to log in and out for my job it doesn’t have any where to log my pto or you can’t find out how to submit your pto.
It doesn’t work most the times where my job is due to being in upstate where there is hardly any service and WiFi is spotty. So most offline entries until I can find good wifi coverage or towers that work.

Log in issues
The app is ok when it works , I was locked out for logging in one time now I have to go through a bunch of stuff just to get the app working hopefully doesnt prevent my employee from getting paid

This is far best and easy to use I think ppl should have a dedicated phone to use because our personal phone should not be used on our dime or some phones accept two SIM cards one can be use as our own phone and the other one for dedicated for Time4care
Subpar app and program
Worst app ever. My aid can’t look at her payroll has no way of looking at her pro. New York State strikes again with a garbage takeover
