System is bugged - can’t sign in for a week

I have to use it for PPL to submit my hours. They are supposed to be submitted in real time. Yet this app regularly won’t recognize my password, and even when I reset it stops working shortly after. Then in customer service chat I’m told myaccount is down, and my password cannot be reset. For real
Pay never right!!!
This app is always malfunctioning and always putting hours in “awaiting review” and no matter how many times ur employee approves it and is “good to pay” u never get paid for those days, I been putting in all my hours and been paying me 200.00 every 2 weeks for a month now.

Time4Care is an easy app to follow. The only issue is sometimes the app doesn’t work when i need to sign out, but other than that it is easy to navigate.

Need More Options
At base, it is an okay app. But there should be more options or more free text. Preferably with missed punches and tasks for the day. An assistant can do a variety of things other than what is listed. And there are times a missed punch is an app problem not user.

Horrible
This app constantly has issues. From sign-in to clocking-in, the app either says you’ve been clocked-in for over 24 hrs-even when you stopped your time at the appropriate hour-or it states that you ran out of time when you clearly have been logging in and out correctly. Sometimes, the app doesn’t even clock you in at all. This is the worse addition to PPL. They should have left it simple; you call in to an automated machine, you press a button and that’s it. Clocking-in and out was simple. No mistakes. No app failure.
