No good App
I’ve been trying to download this app since I was told to re-download it and every time when I go to try to re-download it it stops me from downloading. I don’t know what’s going on. Do you want us to pay for this app because if you do, I’m going to consumers report cause it keeps telling me upgrade my credit card information. What does my credit card information has to do downloading this app for my Home Attendance to get paid?

Fraud
My phone has been unfortunately a victim of hackers and malware! Myself a very unsatisfied and frustrated customer! This is the 10th complaint I have sent to the support team and they have been no help! My financial accounts have been compromised and I have been unable to access my phone to the best ability, this has caused a tremendous loss and my job is being held open. I need immediate to action, answers and rectification

Required app ugh
Although this app is required for me to log in and out for my job it doesn’t have any where to log my pto or you can’t find out how to submit your pto.
It doesn’t work most the times where my job is due to being in upstate where there is hardly any service and WiFi is spotty. So most offline entries until I can find good wifi coverage or towers that work.

Log in issues
The app is ok when it works , I was locked out for logging in one time now I have to go through a bunch of stuff just to get the app working hopefully doesnt prevent my employee from getting paid

This is far best and easy to use I think ppl should have a dedicated phone to use because our personal phone should not be used on our dime or some phones accept two SIM cards one can be use as our own phone and the other one for dedicated for Time4care
Subpar app and program
Worst app ever. My aid can’t look at her payroll has no way of looking at her pro. New York State strikes again with a garbage takeover
Glitching/technical problems
For the past two weeks or so this app has been booting me out. Not allowing me to save my time. And it seems that no one is looking into the matter. I’ve used this app for years and now it’s becoming a problem.
Running time needed
There needs to be a way for each caregiver and everyone to see how much personal care and attendant care has been used by the month and how many overall hours are left so we don’t have to keep up with it so closely on a calendar.
Chat line
Poor… I tried reaching out by chat to discuss why I have to pay for the PPL app and I was told there were no Agents available. I believe the point in having a chat line is to always have Agents available.

This app is a nightmare, they fix one bug and add 10 new. Even if you clock timely, it’s simply may not record it. Needless to say anything about customer service, its the worst, underground level
My experience
It was a bit confusing in the initial stages, but it’s much better now. There are times when log in is not working but overall it’s a convenient way to log into system !
