Face ID doesn’t work
Face ID worked for a few months but now the face ID goes through but I’m stuck on the login page. Just slightly mote tedious to log in without it.

App never works, doesnt save passwords or correct security information. Genuinely the worst experience ive ever had with a work related app, I wish my work wouldve never started using it, such a disappointment.

Face ID disappears on app.. at times does not allow clock in function. Please fix .

I reset my password. I pressed sign in with the new password. It said “Account locked”. I did it all again. Same thing. Fix it.

I am so sick of having to put in my super long password every single time to do my times even though it makes me do faceid yet doesn’t do jack squat. How the heck is something like this not fixed after all the other reviews say the same issue.

The app is terrible. Even in the help menu there’s one thing to click and when you click it, it bring you to a webpage that cannot be found. The features don’t work

Biometric Login Still Borked on iOS
Despite the newest changelog saying it fixed the Face ID login for newly registered biometric data or previously used ones, it still just sits on the main login page.

Makes me reset my password every login or locks my account. I save the password to autofill every time and it still does this

Always says I’m in the wrong location and won’t let me punch in no matter where I am in the building. My previous employer tried this app too and had the same issue. FIX IT!!!

FaceID not working for login after latest update
Just as the title says, it’ll open the FaceID prompt and verify you. Afterwards though, the app does nothing and remains on the login screen.

This app forces me to input my password every time even after selecting the remember me option. As of now I'm imputing my password two times a day. Please fix this and add a face log in option like every has.

App is so bad
Doesnt work half the time, face scan option is only there for esthetics, constantly making you change your password, the “remember this device” option doesn’t work hate that my company uses this app and forces me to use it

Would give 5 stars, but after most recent app update, I think it took away the option.
THE WORST
I thought workday was bad. STOP ASKING ME TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD WHEN I NEED TO CLOCK IN. Also, update the interface because its clunky and not user friendly and NOT optimized for mobile - pages get cut off, you can't download documents. Just awful.
