Disappointment
Would be nice if the app didn’t glitch 24/7. I have to attempt 3 times or more just to be able to login because it freezes every time I enter my password. I’m forced to clock in late all the time because it takes so long to successfully sign on. Doesn’t matter if I’m connected to the WiFi or not. I absolutely loathe this app.

Worst App Ever!
My company uses this for time keeping and payroll and there is not a day that doesn’t go by that all employees do not experience issues with this app. I have to constantly delete and download it because it freezes. It often says it records your time but does not. It’s extremely glitchy and I’ve seen no improvements after a year of using it. Terrible! There are far better apps to use.

Not very handy
This is not the best app and I wouldn’t use it but I have to for work. It gives you a giant red or green graph telling you whether or not your paycheck is larger or smaller than the he previous one. (Thanks for making that glaring obvious). I don’t need an advertisement for tax prep year round. It’s not easy to log in often I have to start and restart the app just to get logged in. Overall I wouldn’t use it except that my workplace uses it and it’s the only way that I can tell if I got clocked in/out correctly.

Back to the Future
This app has a platform that feels like it was designed in 2011. Maybe 2001. And I’m pretty sure it was invented to torment people that have to travel and turn in expense reports. Filling out an expense report form and stapling receipts to the back of it would bring me more pleasure than using this app. Pure torture.

Worst app I’ve ever used
I can’t believe how poorly this app works. I have begged my company to use another clock in app due to the amount of issues. The majority of the time it won’t load, the button to log in doesn’t process, the TFA is incredibly frustrating. All of my coworkers have the same problems and it requires closing out the app 2-5 times to simply clock in & out. Its 2026. The developers need to do something to actually make a functioning app.

Problematic App
I’ve been using the iSolve app for quite some time, and it’s honestly one of the worst mobile apps I’ve had to rely on for work. It appears the developers put very little effort into making it functional on mobile devices.
The layout is completely broken—my name, company information, and other fields overlap each other, making the app difficult to read. On top of that, the app won’t allow horizontal scrolling, so important parts of the screen are cut off and inaccessible.
The biggest issue is that I can’t even submit a time-off request because the buttons and fields I need are off-screen with no way to reach them. For an app that’s supposed to handle employee self-service, that’s a major failure.
This has been an ongoing issue since I started working at my job, yet nothing has been fixed. It’s disappointing that such basic usability problems have been ignored for so long. If your employees are expected to use this app, it should at least function properly on mobile devices.
I would not recommend this app until these issues are addressed.

Room to improve
The app is much better that the old Paychex app. It is much more responsive. I wish it would auto login with my face when I open it. Instead, it asked me to click to use a passkey. I already clicked to open the app. Don’t make me click again to use passkey. I also wish the current pay period totals were near the punch in button.

Awful
I use it for work everyday. It’s garbage. You’re actually lucky if it works. Constantly sign in and it just simply doesn’t load and endlessly loops you in loading screens.
Horrible
The amount of time I’ve lost at work just trying to punch in from my lunches on this slow app is beyond comprehension. I’m baffled that iSolved is even in business with this app. Recently they even removed the “quick punch” feature to make things even more complicated. This app is really just a link to an outdated website that is about as fast as dial up. If you want your employees to have seamless time keeping, look elsewhere.

Wonky AF
Consistently struggles on the login page to load wasting several minutes every time an employee needs to punch and short changing workers 2 minutes, 7 minutes at a time. Extrapolate that over 10 years and this app is smacking thousands off your wage in wasted login attempt time

Unfortunately, this app has been consistently unreliable for timekeeping. Slow loading times often require employees to log in several minutes early just to clock in on time, and there are occasions when the app fails to load altogether. More concerning, the punch status is not always accurate—it may indicate that you’re clocked out, but attempting to clock in can actually register as clocking out instead. These errors create repeated payroll issues and require frequent intervention from HR to correct time entries. For a business timekeeping app, reliability is essential, and this app has not met that standard.

Very glitchy
Super glitchy app. Sometimes it takes forever to send the verification login code, sometimes it won’t even let me log in. Wish there was a mobile friendly version for clocking in and out too.
Location issues
It’s hard to clock in and out when it can’t find your location. Great for employer bad for employee. If your employer has this, it measles GREED
Zero Stars
This timecard app is not good. Almost every other time I clock out it will show me as clocked out at that time, then when I go to clock back in later or the next day it has me still clocked in. I read their FAQs and tried using their definitive clocking procedure with the exact same problems. Literally every other day our staff has to go into the computer and fix my time. I also don’t see a method to contact the software company within the app. I am very frustrated. There is no problem with the timeclock verification process for the payroll side and electronic deposits are processed well but I would give this app zero stars if I could.

It shouldn’t take four tries to log in a clock in.
I have to add a missing punch at least twice a week. Figure it out!
Works when it feels like it
it’s always a gamble when I need to login to check my paystubs. Constantly stuck at the login screen or get caught in a sign in loop.
Login for the message to clock in or out takes forever, and sometimes you just don’t get the code!!!
The worst app customer service sucks every time you need your code to clock in or out it takes 30 minutes or more, and sometimes you just don’t get the codes!!!

I waste so much of my life and my companies time just waiting for this app to work. Im sitting here writing this review after trying and failing for the third time in a row to clock in. My coworker is on his 9th attempt. It’s 12:16, I’ve been trying to clock out since 12:03 to go to lunch. My time is just being wasted away by an app that I have to use.
Now it loves to glitch out and not let you log in as your trying to punch out so you can go home. Isolved is awful and wastes so much of my time
