This app sucks and when trying to get help with tech support it’s worse. Good luck to you and if it’s working for you I’m happy for you. As for my experience with the app it sad that any company would use this app.
Recent updates broke everything
The app is completely unusable. After the most recent update, every time the app is refocused, it loses its state and requires a fresh sign in. Which means it’s impossible to submit a reimbursement if you need to switch to another app (like Numbers, spreadsheet or other document ) to get data. When returning to I solved, you lose all progress in the submission form and get logged out.
Clearly they don’t even test this thing before shipping releases. There’s no way this would pass even the simplest of QA processes

Fraudulent company?
They constantly deny premium claims with the receipt attached to the claim. They simply just don't want to pay out.
