I tried to help this user out (see original response below), but they never responded back to me. I can only assume they inadvertently deleted the app. No other user has reported a problem like this. Also, how could they leave a review on the App's store listing if the app didn't exist? -- Original Reply -- I'm sorry that you're having a problem, and I will do what I can to resolve the issue. Can you describe what you observed? For example: Did the app just disappear from your phone? Were you installing it on another device? I am able to see the app on the Apple Store and have no problem opening it on a device that downloaded the app months ago, so I'm not sure what the problem could be. Can you see the app on the store? Can you try installing it again? You should not get charged. Please let me know what happens. Thanks, Gary
