The food tastes really good and the service is good.I appreciate how whenever my order is delayed they compensate with a a coupon.

Don’t understand how can any management let such an App out there. So outdated and so not user friendly. Full of glitches and crashes. Adding a delivery address without system error is a blessing.

If it wasn't for the offers, this app would have belonged to the trash. Too complicated, font too big, too many popups that it is sometimes confusing.
The worst part is that even when you order online, domino's delivery would still ask for your location on the phone. What is the point of ordering via app if I were to pick up the phone and describe where I live???? Even when I order domino's via Toters it's the same, they don't provide delivery drivers with locations! Ordering via app is supposed to make my life easier but this app is not.

Forgot Password Feature Not Sending Email
I’ve tried using the “Forgot Password” option multiple times, but I’m not receiving any reset email. The app says an email was sent, but nothing arrives in my inbox or spam. Hoping this issue can be fixed so I can access my account again.
Can’t create account
I don’t receive confirmation code by sms to confirm my phone number, so I can’t create my account, and I can’t use the app to order. Thanks to this issue, I downloaded the Pizza Hut app and I discovered a very tasty pizzas and meals.

Very poor experience with the Domino’s app.
I placed an order through the app, but it was cancelled by Domino’s, and yet the payment was still deducted from my card. This is unacceptable. If an order is cancelled, the amount should be refunded immediately. There was no proper communication or instant solution. Very disappointing service from such a well-known brand.
