We do not let anyone sign up to clean as a service provider at Done. Our vetting process includes background and experience verification of at least two years in residential cleaning services. We apologize that we had to reschedule your service due to a high demand in your area. In the conversation with the customer support team, we offered a complimentary re-clean service and a 50% partial refund for the inconvenience. The Done team strives to provide the best experience possible, and we take feedback very seriously. Latisha - who did an excellent job. She works fast and so well, she's discreet, organized and our apartment 2Br was perfectly clean in 3h. She was incredibly sweet to me and my kitties, and I trust her in my home. I will ask her the next time I will need a cleaning of our home. Thank you Latisha for your hard work.
