App won’t allow you to attach photos

App has no +add attachment option. When conducting inspections and audits, photo attachments are essential.

Not available offline.

Nearly once a month the app fails. We’ll have to delete the app and re install to get it working. Multiple forms fail to ever send and you end up with a page of indent forms. And after one of the updates it stopped keeping you signed in. So everyday you have to enter all your details. Supposedly meant to be able to do forms offline, but I’d you have no service it doesn’t open app.
