Once one establishes an account with the desired value for the recipient, the guft card can be sent using their name and cell phone number.
They receive a text, download the app to access and accept the gift. A confirmation of the successful transaction is sent, followed up with a text that the person did indeed spend their gift card.

Gift card disappeared
I was sent and accepted a gift card. Then suddenly, 2 hours later, it’s gone. It keeps telling me i was sent the gift card in the notifications tab, but when i accept, it errors out. And I can’t get a reply from support. Don’t lose your money!

I was really disappointed with gift cards because I’ve lost many of them and I couldn’t count it how much I had, but dono made everything pretty fast and easier then actual gift cards also it’s amazing to share the pictures and videos from our gift to gift sender 🥳
