Inconsistent with the website
I’ve been using giftme for awhile but I don’t like using this app. On their website you would see the description of the different packages associated with the dollar value. In the app you just see the dollar value alone. So spa packages and experience packages are hard to purchase in the app. You don’t know what you are buying. But I guess if you want to gift someone a supermarket or gas gift card. It works 🤷🏾♀️

Don’t like this at all
I don’t like the fact that I need to have connection in order to use this. I preferred the one QR code instead of this 10 min expired foolishness. Have the developers even considered that there are persons that cannot afford data on their phones. It’s not as if WiFi is complimentary at these supermarkets.

The conveniences of this app is top tier. I sent my aunt who lives overseas a gift card for her birthday using the app and she was so grateful.
No support
Downloaded app and registration does work. Called customer service and there was no answer. Sent a message on social media with no reply
