Tiring
I’ve had this card for over 2 years and went through multiple calls and to this day I still can’t log in. So nothing but poor experiences for me

The worst!
This app is beyond frustrating to use. It doesn’t work properly and gets stuck/wont put your redemptions through. You get stuck talking to the chatbot that doesn’t help you. Tech and apps is definitely NOT what all the money we pay this bank for it’s services is going to.

Can’t see my miles
Have the app for almost two months now and I’m yet to see my miles displayed smh
