Efficient way to use your points
If you have points from your bank credit card this app is a great way to book flights.
Very easy but it would be nice if it also stored passport and TSA documents.

App is almost unsable
The initial interface of the app is limited to a chatbot interaction, which is quite underwhelming. There's a noticeable lack of a straightforward registration process, which is surprising for an application developed by a company of such high financial stature. The user experience is disappointingly subpar. Unlike many other apps that offer browsing features prior to signing up, this one insists on registration right from the beginning, yet this crucial feature seems to be malfunctioning.
