New app no longer gives digital card and always shutdown and restarts
The Scam that Keeps on “Giving”
It used to be that 400 points were needed to redeem an equivalency of $40. Now you need 500 points to redeem and here’s the kicker, they’ve decreased the worth by 10 times! 500 points is now $5. Imagine spending $5000 to only get $5 back. Insane. TruValu here I come.
Zero App Support
This app is garbage. And there is no way to report errors. I have had to delete and reinstall this app multiple times to get it to work.
Logs me out
Every time there’s an update I get logged out of the app. And now I can’t log back in! It says invalid. I can’t even reset my password to log back in. So I missed out on my points today. This app is awful
Very inconvenient app
This app is very inconvenient and there is always some “update” that customers are not notified of until they try to access their Massy card in the app. Today, my massy card wasn’t on the app even though I linked the account. So frustrating!
