DonorDialer Pro is a call time app for small Democratic campaigns. Here's how it works: import your donor list from a CSV or NGP VAN export, and DonorDialer Pro organizes it into a prioritized call list. Tap a donor, review their giving history and ask amount, and hit dial — the call goes through your device's native phone dialer. When the call ends, log the outcome: donated, pledged, left voicemail, call back later, not interested, or wrong number. Pledges are tracked through stages — pledged, received, or declined — so you always know where your money stands. After a call, you can send a follow-up text or email directly from the iOS Messages and Mail apps. DonorDialer Pro tracks which donors got follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks. Compliance is built in, not bolted on. The app enforces TCPA time-zone rules — it won't let you call a donor outside their federal calling hours. Donors on your Do Not Call list are hard-suppressed across every list in your campaign. When a donor gives more than $200, DonorDialer Pro prompts you to capture their employer and occupation, as required by the FEC. If you have a finance director or multiple callers, DonorDialer Pro supports team workflows. A finance director can assign donors to specific callers, and a real-time dashboard shows calls made, pledges captured, and amounts raised across the whole team. Role-based permissions control who sees financial data. If you're a solo candidate doing call time alone, the app hides team features automatically so the interface stays clean. Export your call logs and donor lists as CSV anytime, so your treasurer always has the numbers they need. All data syncs across your devices via the cloud. If you lose connection during call time, your work is saved locally and syncs when you're back online. Your data is protected by Face ID or Touch ID, and row-level security ensures no other campaign can see your information.
