Good update still lacking
This is a good update that’s happened but it still lack the function to track donor hours at the site.
Crashes
Whenever I open the contact note tab, the app crashes and closes.
Card pictures don’t work, unable to use with volunteers
Accepting donations by taking a picture of the card is useless as it won’t register any card on any surface so all cards must be swiped (with their expensive reader) or manually entered.
There is also no way for volunteers to use the app at a fundraising event without first creating individual accounts (which require a different email address for reach one).
It’s a pain to do all this extra work for a product we pay so much for.

Amazing
Meets all my needs! Simple to use and very fast. Love the Swipe for events.
Strength of Password Fail
I originally created a strong password for web access. However the strong password, using special characters, is not encouraged on the app; uses same password as website. Had to reset using no special characters. Really.
