Good update still lacking
This is a good update that’s happened but it still lack the function to track donor hours at the site.
Crashes
Whenever I open the contact note tab, the app crashes and closes.
Card pictures don’t work, unable to use with volunteers
Accepting donations by taking a picture of the card is useless as it won’t register any card on any surface so all cards must be swiped (with their expensive reader) or manually entered.
There is also no way for volunteers to use the app at a fundraising event without first creating individual accounts (which require a different email address for reach one).
It’s a pain to do all this extra work for a product we pay so much for.

Amazing
Meets all my needs! Simple to use and very fast. Love the Swipe for events.
Strength of Password Fail
I originally created a strong password for web access. However the strong password, using special characters, is not encouraged on the app; uses same password as website. Had to reset using no special characters. Really.
A nice start
This app has some very nice features. I particularly like the ability to dictate notes. However there is a serious bug. If you are working with the report that lists upcoming contacts, you need to quit the program and completely close it between each contact or it will show contact notes from a previous donor record. Sometimes it will freeze and just not show contacts for the current donor record. I reported this bug sometime ago, and there's still no fix.
Actually donor perfect is pretty slow about fixing bugs that make the program hard to use. I found this true on the web-based app as well.

I was pretty happy that I was able to get donor data from the last version...but now,no matter what I do...the app won't stay open! Is it an iOS6 thing? Is it a DP mobile thing? I can not believe that I can not use the features that everyone is raving about. Grrrrr.
DonorPerfect Mobile
It is easy to use and so fast! I can add new info on donors in my phone app, and it syncs to the web version of DonorPerfect Online immediately. I can look up donor info and call them right on my cell. Very useful app for fundraising.

This new version has a wealth of terrific features. update as well as look up donor contact and gift details is great. Upload pictures directly from my mobile is a wonderful improvement. The updates are synced immediately with donor perfect online. Well done mobile product extension to managing donor details for any type of charitable giving campaign

I love this! I can look up contact info on donors, gift history, etc. I added a note after a meeting with a donor by speaking to Siri! It added it perfect to the record! Plus I got to their place by clicking their address in the contact info! From what I read, they're planning to add a lot more functionality in future versions so I'm submitting a few ideas of things I'd like to see. It's amazing how far technology has advanced in just a few years...the Jetsons age has arrived!
