The store is fantastic with great staff , but their app is not super intuitive or useful. I find uploading pics to be super difficult and often “buggy”. It needs a bit of work in my option.

Can't even register let alone use any features of the app
Doesn't work
Once I hit the order button nothing else happens. No choices other than size, and can't see the photos that were selected
Special Instructions/Comment Box Needed
The app is good and functional however there should be a special instructions or comment option when ordering prints.
