They won’t let you cancel!!!
Don’t get this app! It’s the worst to cancel. They make it incredibly difficult and they don’t respond to their support emails.
Unable to cancel or unsubscribe
Exactly what it says. I have been getting charged monthly for over a year and have not interacted with the app at all. Recently was charged $40 and am finding it impossible to stop the charges.
Can’t unsubscribe
The app has you set up your subscription through the website. But I can’t find a way to unsubscribe through the website or the app! Support has been unresponsive so far. I absolutely regret the choice to subscribe.
Can’t cancel
I’ve been trying to cancel this for several months. It does not appear to have an option online or in the app to cancel. I feel like this app is a rip off.
If you need to cancel…
After annoyingly having to message hussle technologies asking how to cancel subscription, I received a reply that you have to use a desktop and visit dontmissthisapp.mysecureoffice.com and then log in using the same info used on the app, then you go to my profile and eventually find your way to be able to cancel the subscription. Ridiculous. But wanted to post because I see so many others frustrated trying to figure out how to cancel.
