Saya Booking kelas 1,30jam sebelum kelas. Ternyata nyampe di tempat kelas di cancel automatis tanpa notif. Di tempatnya ternyata sudah full. Ga tau ini salah sistem atau dari tempatnya 👌

Hadeh maaf banget harus nulis kayak gini jujur saya jarang banget nulis review. Tapi appnya NGEBUG dong saya udah book kelas pilates 300rb paymentnya nyangkut krn apa? Krn ketika mau sy pake utk book kelas tuh layarnya PUTIH doang?? Kayak gak masuk landing page sampe berhasil book kelas. Mana batas paketnya cuma 2 hari? Saya email sampe besoknya belom dibales dong. Lama banget ini udah 12 jam nunggu, CSnya slow response gak tau timnya kekurangan resources atau apa. Tapi harusnya gak boleh kayak gini lah, customer juga jadinya gak tenang. Masalahnya bukan salah custnya kalo UX appnya jelek, ngebug lagi.
Doogether menang promo dan kelasnya aja, community-nya sih oke-oke aja. Tapi plis hati-hati ya kalo bayar-bayar kayak gini, appnya jelek dan customer service-nya *nggak bisa diandalkan*. Sorry harus review jelek tapi ini jujur.

Appnya jelek. You've been warned. Credit lo yang seharusnya masih ada bakalan ilang, tau2 pas lo mau book lo malah diminta payment. Mereka bakalan kasih voucher instead of refund. No surprise, the vouchers do not work. Customer servicenya juga lama banget jawabnya. You can only contact them by email.
