F45 has truly been the best thing that’s happened to me so far. It has made me stronger, healthier, and more confident—not just physically, but mentally too. Every workout challenges me, every coach motivates me, and every class reminds me how far I’ve come. So grateful to be part of this amazing community. ❤️💪🔥

Lionheart won’t sync from iPhone

Syncs when wants to, misses lotsa workouts, sending a report doesn’t do anything. YOUR OLD APP WAS BETTER.

Not a friendly app

Not easy to use. Very basic app which needs improvement. Such excellent gym needs a better app

Now requires FULL calendar access?

App interface is clean and user friendly. Not of fan of it requiring full calendar access to write an event. Makes no sense. Please fix.

The lionheart functionality is buggy

Contacted support, provided technical detail, after a month or so, same buggy app.

FAQ

What does the F45 Training app do?

The app allows users to book fitness classes, join 45-day challenges, track their workout performance with heart rate monitoring, discover and order personalized meal plans, and log fitness assessments. It aims to provide a comprehensive tool for managing a holistic fitness lifestyle.

How can I book classes with the app?

The app features an exclusive booking experience where you can view all workout brands, check class schedules, and see whether a day is focused on cardio, strength, recovery, or hybrid training. You can also join waitlists for popular classes and book in-studio body scans.

What are the 45-Day Challenges?

These are guided programs focused on personal fitness and performance progress. They incorporate F45's team training, goal-targeted nutrition, and wellness education. Users can register, set personal goals, complete check-ins, and share their results within the app.

Can I order meals through the app?

Yes, the app allows you to discover meal plans and recipes curated by dietitians. You can also order ready-made meals from approved vendors, designed to provide the high-quality nutrition needed for F45 sessions. You can select your region in-app to see available providers.

What is LionHeart and how does it work?

LionHeart is F45's in-studio gamification platform that uses a compatible heart rate monitor. It encourages users to achieve 45 points by staying above 70% of their max heart rate during sessions. After class, you can view and share performance reports detailing heart rate, calories burned, and points earned.
