Disappointed
I never write reviews, especially bad ones. I am utterly disappointed like alot of other comments I doesnt let me log in , forget password etc. Ive done all the trouble shooting with no luck. It seems like other users had the same complaint 1year ago and nothing has been resolved. If this was my business I would be embarrassed to promote this option even exist because it simply doesn't work.

No longer works
Same thing as other users, I already have an account but when I log in, it makes me choose a studio, it briefly flashes my stats and then pushes me back to select a studio and wants you to log in again. F45 corporate needs to get their act together with all the ridiculous apps they have for every whim they come up with. One to book classes, one for challenges, one for your stats… completely insane.

Can’t even log in
I’ve already set up an account in order to set up the lionheart monitor, but on the app every time I try to log in it kicks me back to the studio selection map. Deleting and redownload loading the app does nothing.
Also, why does this app require a separate login from the other apps like Challenge and Training? It won’t take those other app’s passwords so I had to create a new account.
There should just be one app for everything.

Can’t login
Overall there are too many apps for F45. I am attending a newly opened studio and they gave me a heart rate monitor but didn’t give me instructions on how to get it set up. So I tried to research myself and downloaded this app. It won’t let me login with my email and password and keeps sending me in a loop. I reset my password but it didn’t seem to work. Now I’m not sure how to get it hooked up for my work outs. I’d prefer just to use my Apple Watch for these workouts.

App won’t stay open after login.
Something has changed recently and I stopped getting my stats. And now when I rebooted and login, I see my account for a brief second and then it kicks me out to start the process all over again? Not sure what the issue is, please fix.
