Pointless and inaccurate
Have been using this app along with oura ring for temp tracking. I have regular periods and after 6 months of use it still tells me every day is a ‘use protection’/‘red’ day, except during the days I’m actually on my period. And my periods are regular, which tells me their algorithm for prediction is just awful.

Not for night shift workers
The NC compatible wearables only use data taken from 7p-10am. NC states you only need 4 hours of sleep which isn’t accurate, after speaking to customer support you’ll find out you need 4 hours of sleep within 7p-10am. If you get home from work at 7am like I do your data wont be taken even if sleeping 8 hours straight. This information needs to be stated up front so shift workers don’t waste their money or time trying to get data to appear.

They actually care
I had a miscarriage while using the app to track the pregnancy (any my cycles previously). One of the hardest things was to log the end of the pregnancy with all of my apps like Oura ring, pregnancy tracker apps etc. Natural Cycles has sent countless messages validating the grieving process and hormonal changes, sending articles to read and mental health check ins. You can tell this app was designed by women. They’ve been more helpful and caring than my OB. I am grateful this app not only practices the medical side of women’s needs but also the emotional. Worth every penny.

App is good but they are going woke.
Pretty good app for us better than any hormone drug or device but me and my wife don't like how woke they are getting. Not as friendly if you want to have baby and they're starting to use the terms “people who menstruate” versus “women”. Which this app is entirely for women not mutilated men.
