No help center/ Poor functionality

I recently moved to a new city and the studio I joined is not showing up in their list. I went to their help center but there is no help. Only articles unrelated to my particular issue.

Count is always wrong

No support between f45 mindbody and lionheart you get the run around. No resolution. Not the studios fault.. but someone has to be responsible for members class count to be correct! Been 5 years it’s still wrong! So I gave up.
