Disappointed
I never write reviews, especially bad ones. I am utterly disappointed like alot of other comments I doesnt let me log in , forget password etc. Ive done all the trouble shooting with no luck. It seems like other users had the same complaint 1year ago and nothing has been resolved. If this was my business I would be embarrassed to promote this option even exist because it simply doesn't work.

No longer works
Same thing as other users, I already have an account but when I log in, it makes me choose a studio, it briefly flashes my stats and then pushes me back to select a studio and wants you to log in again. F45 corporate needs to get their act together with all the ridiculous apps they have for every whim they come up with. One to book classes, one for challenges, one for your stats… completely insane.

Can’t even log in
I’ve already set up an account in order to set up the lionheart monitor, but on the app every time I try to log in it kicks me back to the studio selection map. Deleting and redownload loading the app does nothing.
Also, why does this app require a separate login from the other apps like Challenge and Training? It won’t take those other app’s passwords so I had to create a new account.
There should just be one app for everything.

Can’t login
Overall there are too many apps for F45. I am attending a newly opened studio and they gave me a heart rate monitor but didn’t give me instructions on how to get it set up. So I tried to research myself and downloaded this app. It won’t let me login with my email and password and keeps sending me in a loop. I reset my password but it didn’t seem to work. Now I’m not sure how to get it hooked up for my work outs. I’d prefer just to use my Apple Watch for these workouts.

App won’t stay open after login.
Something has changed recently and I stopped getting my stats. And now when I rebooted and login, I see my account for a brief second and then it kicks me out to start the process all over again? Not sure what the issue is, please fix.
Stuck in a loop
When I open the app, I choose a location and it asks me to login. I login and it asks me to choose a location. Then I login and it asks me to choose a location. Then I login and it asks me to choose a location. Then I login and it asks me to choose a location. I deleted and reinstalled the app. I changed my password. No dice. :(

Sign in issues
The app does not allow you to sign in. I go through all the steps and then when I sign in it just cycles through to the beginning and makes you go through all the set up and then back to the log in screen. Please fix this circular reference error.
App not working
I recently joined F45 and upon purchasing the heart rate monitor, when trying to enter the details of the heart rate monitor to the app I select studio … I log in … it takes me to a page to upload profile and enter the serial number of the monitor and then almost immediately it takes me back to the select studio page. It simply doesn’t work.

Horrible App!!
What in the world are you guys thinking?? You post graphs of workouts in the app, but don’t allow magnification of any sort or organization of the saved stats. You seriously post JPEGs of workouts!? Absolutely useless!! This app is not just uninspired, but it serves no useful purpose, whatsoever!!! You should fire your entire development team!! I am a paying F45 member and this app tarnishes the company’s reputation.

Needs major work
This app, along with other f45 apps needs major help. For how much money each member pays- we should be able to have a functional app. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.
Won't sync with the website
This app is horrible. It will not sync with the website, so you cannot view your workouts unless you go in the browser.
Great stats, Bad sharing
This F45 is great to see workout stats but we warned that it is not good at Sharing. aka it doesn’t share with apple health. To the developer — this seems like an easy feature to add, so will it ever happen??

Sync to fitness trackers
Not sure why with all the technology this cannot sync to other fitness trackers like Apple Watch, Garmin or Fitbit.
Maybe an update to do this would be more beneficial to sync with the app then to the fitness tracker people have.

Horrible App
The integration with the login is horrible, Keeps saying password is wrong when it’s clearly not.

I started this F45Program and I bought a heart rate monitor becauseI really wantedTo make this work for me the sad part was all the little apps that I needed to download and run to make reservations for me to go in did not work and the company logo here did not seem to be very helpful I was quite saddened on the communication Or lack of communication

Error!
I’ve reset password 4 times. New to F45, so not a great experience with the app cant log in, keeps saying invalid password. There are too many apps anyway. F45 needs one app that works, not 4!!!
Awful app.
Sometimes it doesn’t show my workout at all, when it does, it’s frequently quite delayed. Today it erased me totally. I have nothing.
It will not sync with the MINDBODY app
We tried setting this up to my lip heart monitor, but it says the password is incorrect. I’ve changed my mindbody password several times so that it will sync with no luck.
Not getting updates for past week !
Is there an issue I did it get any update for workouts in app or email since Mon July 18th 2022.
