App doesn’t sync with Apple Watch/fitness

Lionheart wont take the Apple Watch exercise data 30%-50% of the time. Part of what makes F45 engaging is the gamification of exercise, but the devs of this buggy app won’t fix the Apple
Integration, so you don’t get the credit. It won’t show up. For months I’ve been reporting this to support but they ignore. Big fail on the app side of F45.

F45 Korea seriously needs to be managed and monitored by the global headquarters.

The way F45 Korea is being operated feels more like a small local business than part of an international fitness brand. This is not just about one individual complaint — there appear to be broader issues with how the Korean operation is being managed and how members are being treated.

F45’s reputation in Korea is already not good among some members, and from my experience, much of that appears to come from the way F45 Korea operates.

Is the global headquarters simply collecting royalties from the Korean operation without properly overseeing how the brand is being managed?

I am asking you to seriously review what is happening at F45 Korea and take responsibility for the operation of your brand in Korea.

No ApplePay

The app works well enough, but it doesn’t support ApplePay. If you’re paying per class or buying a pack of 10 classes, you have to reenter your credit card info every time. It feels a bit backwards considering how standard ApplePay is.

Can’t even book a session

I don’t know much about this app because the connection with Mind Body means I can’t even book a session via the F45 app.

The advice online about how to fix this problem is endless but doesn’t seem to cover whatever problem I’m having.

Either fix the problems for good or get rid of Mind Body and build your own payments system. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

Lionheart needs an overhaul

Some issues that would be helpful if fixed; you cant export your complete lionheart data only singular session data. And Lionheart only pulls from apple health but doesnt write back to it. For the dev’s who run this app its an easy fix and would greatly improve its functionality overall.

Never tracks Lionheart accurately

Have to constantly remind of previous workouts.

Review

F45 has truly been the best thing that’s happened to me so far. It has made me stronger, healthier, and more confident—not just physically, but mentally too. Every workout challenges me, every coach motivates me, and every class reminds me how far I’ve come. So grateful to be part of this amazing community. ❤️💪🔥

Lionheart won’t sync from iPhone

Syncs when wants to, misses lotsa workouts, sending a report doesn’t do anything. YOUR OLD APP WAS BETTER.

Not a friendly app

Not easy to use. Very basic app which needs improvement. Such excellent gym needs a better app

Now requires FULL calendar access?

App interface is clean and user friendly. Not of fan of it requiring full calendar access to write an event. Makes no sense. Please fix.

The lionheart functionality is buggy

Contacted support, provided technical detail, after a month or so, same buggy app.

Please bring back limited calendar permissions

The app used to add classes to my calendar with limited access. Now it requires full calendar access, which feels unnecessary and invasive for a basic feature. This is a step backward for privacy and user trust. Please bring back limited calendar permissions.

Overall works for booking but needs improvement

It does the basic job of booking workouts. Allows you to find other gyms based on your location.

Few reasons I gave a 3/5 :

-1 star because of needing full calendar access to add a booked workout. In an era of privacy importance, you just need to”add to calendar “ permission. App used to work with this permission, but an update changed this.

-1 for lack of filtering with the recipe functionality. Want ways to filter by meat choices etc. I’m lactose intolerant, and I wish I could filter for that. I imagine filtering for allergies would be a huge improvement.

Payment Info

I love F45, and I typically do drop in classes just for personal preference. But with the new app interface, it makes me put in my credit card information every single time I want to book a class. It doesn’t save my credit card information and let me book easily with a few clicks. This is incredibly frustrating, as I like to book right before the class. Please fix this! I would be so appreciative!

Like app but did something change?

Have liked using this app to book workouts and manage sessions. I was enjoying the Lionheart feature but it has stopped syncing with my Apple Watch/health data. Did something recently change in the app? Would love this integration to come back.

Lionheart sync with Apple Health doesnt work

Only worked for the first HIIT class. Since then has not worked for any workouts (despite following the instructions)

Great but calendar

I love F45. I get the annual pass with my local studio. The app is fast and lets me book classes and access previous classes data. The one terrible thing is that adding classes to your calendar, a handy feature, requires access to your whole calendar. It doesn’t work if you set the permission to “add events only”. That’s a regression from before when it worked fine.

Great studio. Great tech

Enjoy this studio and the fitness workout. Just transitioned from OTF and I like how there is constant movement. The app and rewards program is awesome.

I do wish there was a way to provide feedback back to corporate on the studio. App. Workouts

Great app

The app is very user-friendly, crash-free and fast. But I’m only giving it a four star because in the past it only needed limited access to add events to my calendar but now it wants full access! Why? I’m not giving that permission.

Cambio de idioma

Por favor podéis poner el cambio de idioma? Es raro que en una app no puedas cambiar el idioma que mejor te vaya y por defecto solo sea inglés. No es nada intuitivo
