Useless App
Absolutely useless. Why Nissan don’t just improve the sat nav on the car is beyond me!

Can’t search contacts
It would be nice if this app automatically search through the contacts on my phone if I typed in the name and allowed me to send that address to the nav system

Doesn’t send to car even while car on and nav open. Garbage! Come on Nissan, just let me sent info over from maps directly!

Worst app in the history of phones. Does not sync, send to vehicle option is a joke. Either repair app or remove from App Store.

Ohne die Funktion Ladepunkte als Zwischeziel zur Route hinzuzufügen ist die App für ein Elektroauto nicht so gut geeignet. Alles andere funktioniert so wie beschrieben.

Unable to create an account
Do you use your existing Nissan account creds? Doesn’t seem like it. Try to create new account and I get account creation error.
It doesn’t work
This app hasn’t been updated in four years. Logged in and enable the sync toggle on 2022 Rogue. I was hoping it would download addresses to the built in map in the car, it fails to do just that. 👎
Application Updates
I have a 2021 Qashqai that I just bought in January of 2022.
I have updated all the maps and radio as well for your Door to Door app.
Why is it that this app hasn’t been updated for 3 years?
When I’m driving it calls out roads that have a name posted but in stead of announcing the posted street name it says Reagion Rd.
Also I was on Hwy 401 eastbound and in a construction zone and all of a sudden I get an announcement to turn right. The only thing on my right was a ditch.
I also have a TomTom unit for a different car and it uses MyDrive and that app is so much better and it’s at version 2. 13.1 yet your Door to Door app is at version 1.7
There are safe issues with the Door to Door app when it’s giving drivers wrong directions.
I look forward to hearing from you or at least update your Door to Door spot.

Works well but a major flaw in the app
This app works well when you use the app, it provides helpful traffic and easy POI to the navigation system. However, you have to keep the app open for it to work fully. When I’m running errands I shouldn’t have to open the app each time for the premium traffic to continue to update. The app needs a option for background app refresh so I don’t have to open the app for the premium traffic to refresh and continue to update on my navigation system.

Confused🤨
I get numerous notifications every day, sometimes near 30 at a time. When I open the app I cannot find out what the notifications are for. No messages, texts, alerts. Nothing.
Works for me
Maybe it’s improved since the negative reviews but it works great for me. Just create an account and you’re good to go. I used the same info as my Nissan Connect account.

Useless!!!
This is a terrible app and seems to have messed up my whole navigation. Advised to download it by Nissan car manual, but it is impossibly slow and now my say mean has stuck on one screen, also the instructions above the starting wheel have stuck on one instruction. I’ve uninstalled it, turned my phone and car off but still stuck!!! Thanks for messing up my navigation system. I would give it no stars.

Trop simpliste
Elle fonctionne mais elle est beaucoup trop simple l’application. Il Manque beaucoup de fonctions indispensables à la planification d’un trajet : configuration de l’itinéraire, choisir de prendre ou non des routes à péage, sélectionner des étapes intermédiaires sur un trajet., prévisions de trafic en fonction de l’heure de départ (comme Waze), estimation du coût du trajet.

Nissan doesn’t seem to care
Given the numbers of negative reviews for this App it is fair to say that Nissan does not pay attention to the reviews or does not care.
In either case it makes it very likely that my next car will not be a Nissan. I like the car but if they can not get the navigation software to be functional they are not understanding the reality of the modern world and do not deserve my business.
