Stopped working
The app stopped working and I get “connection lost “. Can’t reconnect
Poor app UX
I came from the Nest app and comparatively this app seems to be stuck in the past with a frustrating user experience. App only stores/displays screenshot of person ringing doorbell, if you are subscribed to pro you have to go to another section, find the time, and play the video, something very few will do. You cannot see image or video from the notification when someone brings the doorbell, look at their preview screenshot, i don't want to open the door to someone i don't see. It's all fixable, just copy the Google home/nest doorbell behavior

Three stars because the app kept asking me for a view every time I would open it to use the Gates. Annoying.

Unable to answer the door and unable to see the image remotely
Horrible
Takes forever to load, sometimes the camera doesn’t load at all. Also, when you buzz someone in it sometimes doesn’t do it at all or take a while to finally buzz someone in. It has been a horrible experience. I also get a prompt to submit a review every time I open the damn app. Terrible.
