Does anyone else feel like the Dooremi app is incredibly loud when responding to calls? There doesn't seem to be a silent mode, and opening the door for someone during a meeting is an absolute disaster. I was just watching a video, and when the app rang, it instantly cranked my media volume to the max.

The “Management” can’t even seem to scroll down to the last page of a PDF folder
My registration got rejected like 4 times because the pdf I submitted included many renewals of my contract with the last page being the most recent, and indicating my currently active residency status.
I don’t know if “management” is illiterate or something but they rejected my registration repeatedly with the clause that my residency has expired. Genuinely infuriating display of utter incompetency

Privacy?
We were just told that this app was selected for our new condo auto gate. To register I have to upload my tenancy agreement. Seriously. This is absolutely out of question. I have lived in another condo with an autogate/telephony system which worked like a charm and I did not have to upload any personal documents. In addition, I read one of the reviews that I cannot open the gate for deliveries or guests visitors who come via taxi. Seriously? The ppl on the board who selected this app are obviously incompetent.

Auto unlock door
Can your team please consider auto unlock of gate when someone calling via app? 100 out of 100 times they are deliveries and there is no reason why we don’t want to unlock the lift lobby gate for them. It will life changing to have this thank you
