Very glitchy
Works most of the time but the app is very glitchy and requires work arounds to see any data that is actually helpful to a retailer. For example, sometimes you can select specific date ranges, other times you can only select ranges it selects for you. Like if you want to select the entire month foot traffic, you may be only about to see a partial month and then a partial week and then need to manually add everything up on your own. Clearly the app was designed by a software engineer with no retail management experience on what data is important versus just numbers that mean nothing for a retailer. For the price, it’s not worth it and when a better competitor copies them and improves, we’ll switch.
