Don’t waste your money on there systems.
Worst tech functioning product I’ve bought, replaced lock 3 times then finally get a working door lock, can’t set codes, can’t generate codes because they’ve spent all their money on the design of the handle not the functionality of it.
Bare minimum
Does the bare minimum to be considered somewhat functional. Very buggy. Does not provide much functionality to the smart lock. BLE unlocking requires both face ID and a passcode, removing any daily value to this app. Crying out for an Apple Watch app for easy unlocking.
Improved lots
The new version of the app is very good. It works all the time I need it. I like the sharing code part.
Good lock, pointless application
I have the Grange lock, and the specific Grange app doesn’t work and doesn’t work half the time with this one. You can’t connect, definitely can’t administer, it’s a point less application!
Amazing product
Have just bought this product for my house and have not had one issue as of yet. Very please with the app super easy to set up. Also like the function of not having to use the app to set up the lock.
