Absolutely terrible
My building switched to dormakaba for its keys and it is absolutely horrible. The keys barely register with the doors or elevator so you have to do it many times. Why in gods name did my building switch to this sketchy system. The app is like it was made by third graders. Our lock systems are tremendously worse than before the building started using dormakaba. It was supposed to enable unlocking doors via phone, but dormakaba never sent an email to set it up. If you are an apartment building considering adopting this system, absolutely do not do so.

Apple Watch fehlt
Funktion ist gut. Ich nutze die App als notfallset für die eingangstüre zur Arbeit, falls ich mal den normalen Schlüssel vergesse. Apple Watch wäre eine wirklich super Erweiterung. Ich freu mich drauf.

Easy… but not when traveling overseas
Not sure if anyone even reads this, but the app is too limited for use overseas. Airbnb hosts are sharing their digital keys through it, and it’s a fab solution, but often overseas travelers can’t receive SMS due to the limitations of mobile plans… another option for registration is needed, i.e. email or WhatsApp.
Other than that the app is very straightforward and easy to use, and makes checkin/checkout very safe.
