Needs basic features improving
It’s a very basic app and allows you to set dosing, however some basic things like being able to apply a custom name instead of being stuck with pump 1, pump 2 etc would be very useful… I’ve got two of these units and it would be nice to see what additive is on what head at a glance, rather than having to cross reference a note file…

Terrible app
The app was always hit and miss for if it would connect the dosing pump to my phone or not. Recently it won’t even show up. I reset it and reconnect, it makes the noises that it has connected but the pump won’t show up in app. Would learn how to use it manually and save yourself headaches.

Was working great. With ios13, app and many other devices aren’t working correctly. Probably more of an apple than a Kamoer issue
No longer works since 3.2.2
Latest version 3.2.2 does no longer find my devices and pumps!!! Please help how to downgrade to 3.2.0 again which worked fine. iOS 13.1.2 on iPhone XS
No connection with 3.2.2
Since the update to 3.2.2 there is no way to connect the Kamoer X4 pump. Please fix it as soon as possible.

App needs updating so it sends notifications when solutions are running low
Not optimised and unreliable
Not optimised for iPhone XS and does not provide a reliable connection to the dosing pump. Having to reconnect when opening the app each time means the process of making any changes is very frustrating.

Very poor instructions out of the box
The app itself is okay, but connecting to the doser is problematic because of its incompatibility to 5g on a router. Although l had my router set to 2.4 and 5g, it wasn’t until l switched off 5g that could find and connect to the pump. Nothing in the instructions to cover this, and in theory it shouldn’t matter.
The instructions are in English, but very poorly written, leaving information out and clearly weren’t penned or edited by someone who’s first language is English

Hopeless
The app can never connect to the device or to my home Wi-fi. Very expensive kit not fit to use.
