Constantly spins, cannot pull up any category for shopping.

Navigation within the app takes way too long - every time you click a new page or product it takes a minute to load. Very frustrating.

Update 2/1/26 I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still not working. What's going on doTERRA?!
Recent changes in the app made it more difficult to log in. I didn't mind too much. But I've tried for several days to log in on the app and I can't even get to the login page! Even after "click her" if login isn't working. What's going on??
Still not working!! Another month gone by. Update or scrap the whole thing. Defeats the purpose of ease of ordering through the app. Wasn't as easy as before update anyway.

What is going on DoTerra?!?! With your app?!?!
What’s Happening?
Haven’t been able to use the app since the update. I can sign in, but then get the wheel of death no matter where I click. I just end up using a browser it’s quicker and shows more than the app ever does. Doesn’t seem user friendly, more like a waste of time.

No longer working
I used to be able to see what I needed to do for my power of three and for my team like they showed me a convention. Now it’s not showing that I log out log back in. I’ve updated the app. Still, nothing says, and says data not available.
Slow
This app has gotten terrible. It is so slow. Everytime i try to access anything other than the home page, it just hangs. Didn’t used to be like this.
Can’t even log in
They need to invest in actual web devs. I can’t even log in, it just spins then goes right back to login. I expected much better and it is not a good look for the company.
Will not track orders
The app will not let me track my orders. I still haven’t received last month’s order even after reporting it. I can’t tell if it was shipped or not. To many bugs.
What’s the Point?
Why does it seem as if the app is going backwards? I used to be able to log in using Face ID. Now I have to enter my info every time even though Face ID is still enabled in my phone settings. Kind of cancels out the convenience of having the app on my phone if it’s the same as using the website. And the shopping interface is much less user friendly than it was originally. It kind of feels like you need to be able to read the mind of the developer to figure out where to find things. Overall a very clunky and unpleasant experience.

What happened
Why do I have to sign in every single time I open the app? This is annoying. And I can’t create a one time order. I had to go to the website to place an order.
Horrible update!!
Can no longer log in with FaceID!! You have to remember your login and password instead of just logging straight into the APP. Might as well just use Chrome and go to the website to log in because that is where it takes you to log in! The old APP was great!

Confusing
Formerly loved the app. It has become unusable for me. Called customer service and was advised to delete the app from my phone the redownload. Here we go. I’m not happy with the technology. Crust service was great over the phone.
Just keeps spinning
It won't let me log in. Just keeps showing a spinning circle. Even after I've changed passwords...
Not able to buy
I have my subscription up to date. When I tried purchasing my diffuser it doesn’t let me. I tried reaching out to my “diamond helper” she wasn’t really helpful. Please make things simple.
