The app is too glitchy
I’ve tried for a few hours to register my freeze dryer and it keeps freezing. I finally got it to register, but typed the CPU code in wrong, once. It won’t let me change it. It still freezes. I tried to set it up with another phone and another app, and it never even let me register the dryer. The app is frustratingly terrible so far.

App does not never work
Had this machine for a year now and never have got the app to work. Machine hooks to WiFi but never sends info. Deleted app and re install and now it says my log in is wrong and will not let me reset it.
Easy to use
I really enjoy using the HR L Pro. It is very easy to set up and use. The Wi-Fi option is great. Looking forward to making lots of useful things with HR!

Compré dos máquinas primero una l y después una xl la xl à la semana dejo de funcionar y estoy batallando mucho para que me hagan garantía. Cuidado
New to Freeze drying
Set up was easy, just read instructions. First couple batches I used the pre set recommended settings and pushed start. So far everything came out tasty.
