The app is too glitchy
I’ve tried for a few hours to register my freeze dryer and it keeps freezing. I finally got it to register, but typed the CPU code in wrong, once. It won’t let me change it. It still freezes. I tried to set it up with another phone and another app, and it never even let me register the dryer. The app is frustratingly terrible so far.

App does not never work
Had this machine for a year now and never have got the app to work. Machine hooks to WiFi but never sends info. Deleted app and re install and now it says my log in is wrong and will not let me reset it.
Easy to use
I really enjoy using the HR L Pro. It is very easy to set up and use. The Wi-Fi option is great. Looking forward to making lots of useful things with HR!

New to Freeze drying
Set up was easy, just read instructions. First couple batches I used the pre set recommended settings and pushed start. So far everything came out tasty.
Handy App
This app is very convenient because I am able to check the status of my freeze dryer at any time and adjust the freeze dry time etc. Note, you need the wifi extension USB adapters for this to work.

It is working great. We are freeze drying a lot of product to snack on and to put in the storage we would buy this machine again it’s great
Very Helpful
I love my Harvest Right Freeze Dryer and this app is very helpful. You can look up tip on how to freeze dry different foods. I can also operate my Harvest Right freeze dryer from this app.
Great machine
I have been able to freeze dry so much food. My kids love fruits. I had an issue with my machine and they took care of the shipping to fix it. It took about a month but I was kept up to date on everything.

absolute junk
I have two of these they never stay connected. They keep connecting to Bluetooth, but then they want you to turn Bluetooth off. It’s such a horrible design and never stay connected. I asked for my money back. They never got back to me once again using my two machines and cannot get these things to connect they connect for a little bit last time it goes away. Do not recommend.

Love the freeze dryer app has connectivity issues
I love the freeze dryer and bought the Wi-Fi dongle. It connects nicely to the web, but about half the time the app on my phone won’t connect to to the device remotely. Have called tech-support several times and it’s always been problems with their server. Would give this five stars if I had better connectivity.

Bad app
We have 4 XL FD units, and when we are away, the app doesn't work—it won't connect. We have to log out and then log back in, and this sometimes resolves the problem. Customer service on the phone is inefficient and doesn't provide information on how to fix it.
Freeze Dryer
Love how well this works, especially love the WiFi communication. It has been fun learning the different things I can freeze dry.
Better before this update
Horrible with connection to WiFi module. Constantly disconnects, process to reconnect is sketchy and unreliable. Very disappointing.
Spotty
Doesn’t work all time and causes many batch failures!!!

Freeze dryer start from tips
I used to be able to start my freeze dryer from the food I select. The latest update removed that capability. 😬
