Still going strong
We got this collar after fighting for a year with another popular brand that was supposed to be water proof. Enough about that other collar.
What is great about this collar and company? They stand by their product and it is what they say it is. It is water proof, which is important for a lab that live on a lake.
We’ve been using it for over a year and it still holds a good charge. It is easy to clean when the old boy finds something stinky to roll in. We live in a wooded area and it is accurate and displaying his location. Which has been useful on several different occasions.
He slipped the collar twice this summer digging for bunnies in the brush after loosing some weight. We were able to find the collar by seeing where the collar was last located. Then used the blue tooth to identify when we were close to it. Then looked in that vacuity for disturbed ground. We changed the fence to keep him out of that area.

Constant problems with tracking and updating. Would not recommend.

Horrible Customer Service
The collars worked okay we bought 2 they kept the dogs in the zone however one of our collars would not keep charge and whenever I asked about a replacement they was really rude. Trying to support a local and veteran owned business and I would absolutely love to but when you don’t stand behind your product or make it right you’ve lost business from me and I will no longer be recommending you all.
