Great Collar / Slow App
The collar works great and keeps my dog in my yard very well. The app loads very slowly and connects to the collar extremely slow, very frustrating for the cost.

Spotty, at best.
I expected more for the price tag of this collar. The whole point is that you can take it anywhere, but it has failed on us numerous times exactly when we needed it. It often doesn’t connect to the app (saying it’s out of range when it’s not), and even when it does connect, I get error messages trying to play an additional sound to get him to come back. Very disappointed in this collar and wish I hadn’t thrown out the packaging so I could return it.

Absolutely love this collar don’t need a fence and use it when we’re on walks, I take her without a leash it’s a great buy
Slow to find dog.
It gives me the dogs location from 15 min ago. 20 min ago. Doesn’t send notifications when the dog escapes the fence. Doesn’t shock him. I have a GSD. He can run 30mph. It doesn’t help to not track him for a quarter of an hour. This is supposed to track him ALL the TIME. It’s useless.
